Lendlease is currently searching for a Finance Analyst.

Your primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead the month-end reporting process which includes consolidation of the Asia financial results.- Manage accurate and timely monthly close in compliance with applicable regulatory standards.- Tracking Opex, Capex spend and headcount movements.- Generating regular and ad-hoc financial reports to provide insights to regional management and other stakeholders.- Manage cost allocation within countries and entities.- Coordinate with segments/countries in the region to ensure country level reports are submitted on time.

To be considered for this role:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce with a major in Accounting and/or Finance.- 3-5 years experience in an accounting role, and /or sound commercial acumen and understanding of general and transactional accounting, cost accounting and reporting.- Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues with moderate complexity and guide others in the resolution of problems.- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
