**What the role is**
- The Digital team of MSF’s Communications & Engagement Division advises, plans and executes online engagement strategies for the Ministry.
You will be part of a team managing the content strategy and development for MSF’s social media platforms, and assist with social listening, to develop greater public affinity between MSF and our audiences.
**What you will be working on**
- You will be working with the team to:
- Develop and implement the content strategy for MSF’s social media platforms to achieve our strategic communications and engagement outcomes.
- Conceptualise and create content for a variety of digital platforms as part of integrated comms campaigns.
- Review content performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage digital agency to ensure timely deliverables that meet expectations.
- Advise ministry colleagues on best practices for social media content strategies.
- Assist with social media community management and social listening.
**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary education in Digital communications, Mass communications, Visual communications, or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills, with a flair for social media story telling.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
- Strong ability in videography and video-editing for social media content.
- Working knowledge of social media analytics, photography/photo-editing, graphic design, and/or illustration will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, adaptable, meticulous, ability to manage various stakeholders, ability to work within tight deadlines, and a good team player with an eye for detail.
