**About the Company**:
The nature of business of our client is Construction and Civil Engineering company supporting the Oil & Gas and Chemical Processing Industry. They have decades of experience supporting large MNCs operating in Singapore, both on the mainland and offshore islands, in Civil Engineering Construction, and Maintenance projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main QAQC adviser on project site for subcontractors, crafts people, and operatives
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure compliance in the inspection test plan (ITP), method statement, and installation
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured ITP to meet client needs
- Maintain, formulate, and follow through quality assurance system and follow through the audit requirements
- Formulate and implement a quality assurance program for the worksite including but not limited to training, assessment, and implementation to ensure quality works on site
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Liaise with consultant and internal teams to identify process system and site requirements and quality execution
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site supervisory crew, labor force and the work of any subcontractors
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming cases and train users to implement solutionsPreparing reports as required

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree related to Civil Engineering and/or QA/QC knowledge
- Prior experience related to civil engineering in Oil and Petrochemical industry is necessaryGood knowledge of Civil Engineering industries’ quality control/assurance
