**Job Description Summary**

To provide after sales “engineering support” for installation/post installation of instruments supplied by BD Life Science. To carry out maintenance during warranty & contract period.

**Responsibilities**
- To Install instrument as per the guideline of GDPMDS.
- Schedule preventive maintenance & carry out PM on schedule.
- To achieve or exceed the service revenue set for the financial year.
- Resolve the problems stated by the users of instruments
- Train our customer to self-maintenance and get better knowledge about our BD products
- Clear and concise communication with colleague and supervisor in order to help team reach business objective
- Any other support to team

**Preferred Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of instrumentation or Field service experience in Medical device or Biomedical or Biotechnology or Life Science industry
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering or any other equivalent study
- Class 3 driving license with own car
- Good customer service skill
- Team Player
