**Mixologist - Tamarind Hill**

Tamarind Hill is looking for a versatile and artistic Mixologist within our Food & Beverage department to bring our esteemed guest the experiential food journeys through the art and flair of mixology. If you’re risky, creative and bold, these are the shoes that you are meant to fill as you work with locally produced ingredients, spirits and homemade infused gins; pairing them up with our signature and scrumptious Thai delicacies.

We’re looking for great story tellers to engage our esteemed guests from East to West; sharing on the uniqueness that Singapore has to offer as well as our Samadhi story.

If you’re reading this right now, we know you could probably mix up a good Singapore Sling. The question is, are you able to take our fellow Samadhians on an experiential journey?

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.
- Helps maintain cleanliness of bar, lounge and restaurant areas and equipment, signs, tables, chairs, stainless steel.
- Completes Daily/weekly/monthly Reports, review any shortages and overages and records them for management review.
- Setup bar and seating area prior to opening
- Coordinate with Restaurant Manager in taking and ordering of beverages. Informs Manager when new bottles of liquor or supplies are needed
- Maintains security of all bar supplies and inventory
- Serves food and beverage accordingly during restaurant service hours as needed
