**We are hiring Part-Time Customer Service Officer (E1 CSO) EnergyOne Gyms - SAFRA Choa Chu Kang**

**Job Scopes**:

- Mend SAFRA EnergyOne gym counter.
- Provide SAFRA EnergyOne gym members with excellent Service Quality.
- To assist members and guests on queries pertaining to SAFRA EnergyOne Membership and gym usage.
- Collect all fee payments due to SAFRA EnergyOne and issue official receipt
- Check validity of SAFRA EnergyOne gym membership and shoe locker rental.
- To remind members of due date of their subscription fees and collect payment promptly.
- Make courtesy calls to members with outstanding arrears.
- Ensure verifiable SAFRA EnergyOne gym members' mobile app check in and issue a changing room locker key and towels (maximum 2 pieces) to gym users.
- Ensure SAFRA EnergyOne gym members on adhering SMM rules, proper check-in and check-out.
- Maintain proper accounting records for daily collection and submission on each day after each shift.
- To assist in any other duties assigned.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Requirement:

- Must be fully vaccinated status against COVID 19.
- Minimum work timings will be 4 hours work days must be inclusive of at least a FRI, SAT or SUN.
- Please list down your preferred SAFRA working locations.
- To be able to commit to at least 2 openings [6.15am to 10.30am/ 2.30pm] And 2 closing shifts [2.30pm/6.30pm to 10.45pm].
- Other shifts are negotiable only if can commit to above.
- Transport claim available for opening shift.
- Those unable to meet the above criteria need not apply.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $10.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Shift system
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Must be fully vaccinated status against COVID 19.
