**Responsibilities**:
1) Championing data science efforts within organisation. Lead and perform data analytics visioning and road-mapping, business case development, implementation planning, organizational planning, budget and risk management planning.

2) Familar with the use of analytical tools (e.g. Geo-Spatial products, tableua), knowledge of social trends and provide recommendations, as well as highlighting strategic implications to PA management.

3) Monitor social trends and developments, and identifies relevant areas for deep analytics (including best practices and approaches in serving the community) to provide deeper insights into areas of strategic interest/concern to PA.

4) Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs/pain points, scope the problems and develop business cases.

5) Supervise, build and manage entire end-to-end lifecycle of scoping data inputs, data cleaning and pre-processing, feature engineering, building models, deploying to productions and improving models through iterations.

6) Oversee the Apps/System Deployment through managing deployment planning, system installation, acceptance testing, performance validation, testing & tuning, and User Training to support data analytics initiatives.

7) Lead and contribute to the data architecture engineering decisions to support data analytics.
