DESIGNATION : Senior Associate, Clinical Services

RESPONSIBILITIES

NTUC Health is one of Singapore's largest community health and eldercare providers. We want to make a difference in our community by identifying, attracting, and retaining critical medical talent and providing medical leadership and governance for our nursing homes to advance the clinical quality of care.

To support our Medical Office in this aim, we are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals passionate about improving people's health and lives.

In this role, you will assist the Senior Manager, Clinical Services in carrying out the overall functions of the medical office team. You will enjoy this role if you like to research, analyse data and draw key insights for continuous improvement of clinical performance. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

**Analyst Role (60%)**
- Work with other administrative executives to collect, collate and synthesize clinical data for purposes of clinical performance monitoring and improvement
- Assist in the development of and maintaining a clinical intelligence system
- Assist in writing papers and deliver presentations from findings of clinical projects

**Administrative Role(40%)**
- Maintain administrative files on all medical staff, ensure all qualifications and licenses are up to date and coordinate relevant trainings
- Maintain up to date medical and regulatory advisories
- Perform secretariat roles for meetings chaired by medical including interdisciplinary coordination, agenda distribution, minute taking, follow up on actions and matters arising
- Facilitate and support external collaborations with RHS and other community partners as the main medical point of contact

QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic degree from a reputable university
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated strong data management and analysis capabilities and experience
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working in a diverse multidisciplinary environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to find creative and pragmatic solutions to problems
- Goal driven and able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
- Possess an optimist and growth mindset
- Self-driven and highly motivated
