Coaltrade Services International is the Marketing and Trade arm of Adaro Energy Indonesia with responsibility to market Adaro Energy thermal and metallurgical coal, in addition to the trade third party coal.

Coaltrade Services International seeks a Marketing Research & Reporting Associate who will be reporting to the Head of Marketing Research & Analysis and will be part of the marketing team responsible for developing and executing the long term coal marketing strategy for Adaro Energy Indonesia.

What you will do:
1. Design and maintain data recording system and dashboard for Marketing directorate. Monitor and highlight changes in Marketing performance trends in writing and verbal to managers, division head or director to support the development of marketing strategy.

2. Understand Marketing business process and issues to be able providing suggestion based on data and facts findings.

3. Create insightful reports using key information and datapoints. Provide regular marketing reports and presentations in a timely manner and corporate-look presentations.

4. Support the Market Research Manager in special projects for Adaro Energy Indonesia.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates can apply. Prior working experiences in the related commodity or energy market is an added advantage.
- Required Skill(s): analytical, strong collaboration, good communication, planning and organisational skills with a strong attitude to learn and work as a team.
- Highly driven, motivated and confident individual.
