The Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team ensures that our teams work in a great, nurturing environment. This team is responsible for implementing procedures, policies and practices that optimise individual and business performance. We're growing the team and are looking for ergonomic specialists that can help us achieve this vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, develop and implement the company ergonomic strategy, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, promoting and improving the company ergonomics program.
- Develop and implement the Company's ergonomic policies and procedures, ensuring the Company is compliant with any local regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement ergonomic employee training programs, ensuring employees understand and value the Company ergonomics program and assessment procedures.
- Assess office spaces, data centers, and projects to ensure they're maintained and developed in compliance with any relevant ergonomic requirements or best practices.
- Assist in delivering the global EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) objectives, including supporting and coordinating with other EHS team members, completing tasks as assigned to further improve the EHS culture and performance.
- Bachelor's degree (and/or professional certificates) in health and safety, ergonomics or other related field (and/or) equivalent experience
- Experience and knowledge in general workplace health and safety legislation and practices, particularly health and safety policies, audits, and risk assessment processes
- Graduate member of IOSH or other locally recognized professional body is preferred
- Good working knowledge of local, regional, and national compliance and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a similar role
- Able to work independently and drive results
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- People management experience
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships
- Strong computer-based skills, able to produce reports and working documents to an exceptional standard
- Continuous & process improvement
