**About Us**:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Internal Auditor**to join our team and ensure the integrity of our financial operations and internal control systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Evaluate internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable Indian laws.
- Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies.
- Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.
- Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders and shareholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification, such as ACCA or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial documents and audit reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High ethical standards with a strong commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- Adaptability to evolving regulatory environments and industry practices.
