Studio Manager

**As a Studio Manager with F45, you will**:

- Lead our team of Coaches, fostering a results-focused and community-driven environment
- Manage our team to deliver dynamic, high-energy F45 Group Training sessions
- Inspire others to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle
- Stay laser-focused on your KPIs and the team’s key deliverables
- Receive ongoing training to sharpen your skills and stay at the top of your game

**What You Bring**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate
- A growth mindset and a healthy appetite for challenges
- A positive, outgoing personality that drives results and brings out the best in others
- At least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
- ACSM or ACE Personal Training Qualification (or international equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Ambition to grow in your career and continuously improve
