**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
**FP&A and Data Analyst**
- Be the SME for new Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF) tool (OneStream)
- Oversee the transformation of FP&A processes in accordance with OneStream blueprint and future state PBF
- Lead in process design and execution to ensure that current and future business requirements are comprehensively mapped, including consolidation and streamlining of current inventory of reports
- Be a SPOC for data related matters under the new operating model for FP&A using OneStream
- Work closely with the Data Team and System Implementor to ensure Finance Requirements are met and provide quality assurance over delivery of OneStream
- Be the go-to superuser for all matters relating to the rollout of OneStream
- Participate in migration of historical data, including SIT, UAT and lead in completion of these tasks through the project cycle, including but not limited to data migration, validations and report reconciliations
- Finance modernisation project, ie provide reporting requirements, attend prototype and To-Be process walkthrough sessions, involve in data migration, review test cases and participate in user acceptance test
- To assist Project Team and in Finance line responsibilities where permanent resources are deployed for Finance Modernisation
- To assist in other ad hoc Finance and Accounting tasks assigned from time to time

**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Prior relevant Finance experience in asset management companies, FP&A, Data Analytics and demonstrated knowledge on fund related matters preferred
- Chartered Accountant preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PBF tool
- Experience in managing stakeholders in different regions and across functions
- Demonstrated knowledge on business and regulatory matters relating to fund management Industry
- Knowledge of Hyperion Finance Management/ OneStream systems and Oracle ERP will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Hands-on approach, independent and resourceful in solution delivery
- Good verbal and written communication skills
