**JOB TITLE**: IT Controller & D365 Support

Multiple ERP systems and manual intensive processes. Regional ERP implementation ongoing
Distributed controllership environment. Shared services strategy under development
Significant opportunities and low-hanging fruits to standard finance and accounting processes

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE

This role is a core member of the APAC HQ team, reporting to the APAC Transformation & Strategic Projects Director. Person will be dotted to the VP IT Transformation.
APAC HQ. Most of IT cost are incurred in APAC HQ. Detail hands on is required. Expected job activities includes:
Validate IT POs and track IT spending
Monthly closing related to IT P&L and Capex
Prepare monthly reporting
Prepare intercompany billings for IT cost quarterly
Manage IT Capex spending including maintain IT Fixed asset and work with Shared Service on Capitalization
Prepare and present IT report in governance meeting with IT management

Regional

Track and manage detail IT cost spending on P&L and Capex across the region
Prepare reporting and variance analysis
Challenge regions on IT cost including identify actions for cost improvements
Co-ordinate IT budget preparation across the region
Support D365 implementation across the region

IT Projects

Prepare IT Capex spending documentation and ROI
Participate in capitalization decisions
Track and validate capitalization
Any ad-hoc analysis that may be requested

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Essential

**Qualification**: Recognized Degree in Accountancy/Finance with solid accounting and process knowledge. (CPA/ACCA preferred though not required)
5 years of relevant working experience in Finance with exposure to IT function.
Strong advance excel skills is required as the role requires analysis and automation of reporting
Positive attitude and self-starter, going the extra mile.
Autonomous, fast learner, rigorous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Advantage

Experience with process improvements and reporting automation is preferred.
Experience in MS Dynamics ERP (D365) is an added advantage.
Exposure to JV partnership support is a plus.
Project management skills is an advantage.
