As a Senior/Executive, you will support the department's Human Resources function and administrative operations to ensure effective and efficient operations within the Education domain. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment processes, resignations and contract renewals for Group Education, including coordination of hiring workflows and documentation
- Contributing to Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) initiatives and implementation of identified training requirements
- Supporting the biannual promotion exercise for Group Education and Employee Engagement Survey
- Providing secretariat support for management meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Driving digitalisation initiatives for Group Education, supporting the implementation of new technologies and processes
- Contributing to strategic initiatives aligned with the SingHealth Duke-NUS Education Masterplan
- Developing and drafting policy papers, reports, presentations and correspondence related to educational initiatives
- Managing day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring smooth running of the section
- Creating and delivering professional presentations for management meetings and town halls as required
- Undertaking projects that contribute to departmental growth and development as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Experience in stakeholder engagement
