The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop budgets and forecasts for the company, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the business
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to senior management, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement
- Work with department heads to understand and manage their budgets, providing guidance on financial matters
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management
- Lead the year-end financial audit process, working closely with auditors to ensure timely completion and resolution of any issues
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing of all necessary tax returns
- Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet the company's obligations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for cash management, including oversight of accounts receivable and payable
- Identify and manage financial risks facing the company
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management
- F&B experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
