We’re looking for a **Head Barista** who’s ready to step up and lead. This is more than just a barista role — it’s an opportunity for someone with _proven experience _to take ownership of their outlet, inspire a team, and help elevate the coffee experience for every guest.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Leading the **daily operations** of the coffee bar and front-of-house team.
- Delivering outstanding **customer experiences** through service and hospitality.
- Driving **team performance**, morale, and development through coaching and support.
- Overseeing **scheduling, reporting, and store-level business objectives**.
- Supporting new initiatives and continuously improving workflow and efficiency.
- Building meaningful relationships with regulars and cultivating community through coffee.

**You Should Have**:

- Solid experience working in and managing a **specialty coffee** environment.
- A natural passion for coffee, people, and service.
- Experience in a **mid-management or leadership** position.
- The confidence to lead from the front and represent Dutch Colony's standards.
- Familiarity with operational tools (scheduling, reporting, etc.) and willingness to learn more.
- A progressive mindset and desire to grow within a dynamic company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,400.00 per month
