Major Accountabilities (Describe the 5-7 main results of the role to be achieved )

1.Maintain equipment performance (yield/cycle time/downtime) before and after PreventiveMaintenance.

2.To be able to perform Preventive Maintenance on the equipment with mínimal resources.

3.To able to perform level 1 machine troubleshooting and to ensure good machineperformance.

4.Meet quality, yield and OEE through improvement in planned maintenance programs.

5.Record and maintain maintenance records of the preventive maintenance work performed.

6.Maintain good housekeeping and 5S at the workplace.

7.Ensure all activities are complying to SOP, ISO, GMP/GDP, HSE and FDA regulations.

8.Perform parts repair.

9.To drive continuous improvement (Kaizen Project) in equipment performance.

10.Comply, maintain, and contribute a safe working environment thru 5S, HSE & Quality improvement.

Education: NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electrical Fields

Experience: 2 years and above
