In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of invoices & transport/supporting documents
- Processing of disbursements to client
- Application of payments received to outstanding invoices
- Monitoring and follow up with buyer on overdue invoices
- Stakeholders Interaction & Communication: Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients in transaction processing and address any queries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance guidelines and ensure all processes are compliant to requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of trade finance products and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Gen AI tools or data analytics is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.

- Automated Processing Checks: Gen AI can assist to automate processing checks against processing checklist and compliance guidelines, hence reducing manual effort and improving turnaround time.
