**Job Descriptions: -**
- Performing general administrative duties; (Data Entry, Filing & etc)
- Basic Bookkeeping.
- Work closely with the management team to execute daily office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of jobs.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Liaising with internal and external parties. (Contractors & Interior Designers)
- Ad hoc assigned.

**Requirement & Skills: -**
- GCE 'O' level and above
- Responsible and willing to learn.
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, independent & meticulous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and willing to learn.
- Savy in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint slides.

**Additional Information: -**
- Start work immediately.
- 5.5 working days (Alternate Saturday work from home)
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Office Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (Monday - Friday)
