**NATRAHEA is hiring 7 x Stretch Therapist Trainer**
**To note: This is a 2 in 1 role**
**Basic + Commission**

1 Trainer for each outlet

Yishun/Novena/Parkway/Tampines/Kovan/Tiong Bahru/Jurong East

As a **Stretch Therapist Trainer**, you will be tasked to train new therapis to assist clients in improving their muscle flexibility, mobility, and ease their body tension through professional stretch techniques. You will work closely with HR and Outlet Manager to manage the trainees and deploy them whenever they are ready to heal the people

**As a Therapist**
- Work closely with HR and Outlet manager to monitor trainees readiness.
- Cover shift for outstation therapist.
- Educate and advise patients on intervention programmes.
- Monitor the progression of the patients’ recovery
- Build positive relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Support Marketing team in all marketing initiatives and carry out marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in in-house training sessions to improve knowledge and applicable therapy skills

**As a Trainer**
- **Assist in interviewing and hiring new therapist with HR**:

- Train newcomers with a 2 weeks training programme tailored to their physique, qualifications and experience.
- Assist in coming up with new training manual or ideas to educate all therapists.
- Work closely with Outlet Manager with therapist rosters
- Assess newcomers readiness to be deployed

**Requirements**:

- Certificate / Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy/Sports Science or its equivalent (or Degree in Physiotherapy)
- **Proven experience in Stretch Therapy (Min 2-3 years)**:

- **Knowledge of human anatomy is a Must.**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong integrity
- Physically fit as you will be on your feet a lot to work on patients
- Strong leadership qualities and desire to strive into management level is a huge bonus.

You will be moving around outlets to cover shifts when needed.
Designated outlet (Tiong Bahru) to conduct training.
