Job Summary

Responsible in establishing organisational plans to support monitoring of product quality compliance. Develop strategies for QC to encourage optimization of quality and efficiency of QC workflow/processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring of Product Quality Compliance- Initiate and execute new method transfer- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conditions for the handling, storage and preservation of samples- Develop testing protocols and procedures for materials, products and other Quality Control purposes- Conduct root cause analyses for product defects and quality lapses
- Manage laboratory operations- Investigate underlying causes, technical faults and practices that impact laboratory equipment operation and systems functionality- Execute qualification and implementation of new system and equipment- Develop the protocols/procedures for laboratory systems and equipment to be inspected and tested
- Optimise Quality and Efficiency of QC workflow/processes- Compile data to support business and performance metrics reporting- Implement initiatives to encourage improvement of QC procedures, activities and workflows- Site point of contact for global communities/initiatives- Greenbelt certified (preferred)- Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor according to business needs.

Requirement- Diploma or Degree in any chemical related studies- 3-5 years manufacturing lab experience
