**Project Executive (Recruitment)**

**Contract Duration: 1-year (Renewable & convertible to Full-Time)**

**Location: Science Park**

**Industry: IT Consulting**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor & Stakeholder Management**
Bridge requirements gathered from direct hiring managers with external vendors to ensure alignment.
Engage with appointment vendors to open new requisitions or close out fulfilled positions.

Track, review, and provide feedback on completed technical tests to hiring managers and vendors.
- **Onboarding & Compliance**
Ensure all onboarding documents are properly collected, verified, and recorded internally for audit and future reference.
Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- **Process Management & Administration**
Monitor progress of open requisitions and follow through until closure.
Provide timely updates on recruitment status to hiring managers and vendors.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or project support roles.
- Familiarity with IT recruitment processes and technical assessment tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
