**What you will be working on**
- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support the UTR division to coordinate various initiatives for smooth execution of the respective workstreams.
- Manage the tracking of progress for the various initiatives and lead the periodic progress update
- Track and report the budget utilization of the project
- Lead the documentation of the critical materials for the project
- Assist the secretariat to support the UTR Exco, which includes the managing of Exco meetings, materials, minutes of meeting etc

**What we are looking for**
- Job Requirements:

- Degree in any discipline
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a management trainee role will be advantageous
- Strong command in English, both spoken and written
- Self-starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to adapt in a dynamic working environment
- Strong team player, within team and across organisation
