We are looking for an inspiring UX Designer to bring to life the user experience and brand identity for the Neuroglee’s products and features. We are looking for a passionate experienced UX Designer to join our product team and build an unparalleled user experience. You should be able to translate our stakeholder's ideas and feedback needs into modern UX. She or he has a natural interest in design and behavioral science, and the ability to work as one team.
- Executes the visual and interaction methods planned for the products to cultivate better experience for users
- Research and understand the needs and requirements of the project
- Plan and wireframe user journey and experience
- Deep understanding of current technologies and resourceful to include appropriate solutions in the user journey
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Interpret data and analyze qualitative feedback
- Knowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Adobe XD, Zeplin); analytics tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience and understanding of Product Management and the agile process.

Experience / Training:

- 3-5 years in related professional work.
- Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred, not mandatory.
- Passionate about creating great user experiences to the point of obsession.
- Experience designing world-class user interfaces for the web and mobile.

**Education**:
A degree/diploma in design or equivalent courses.

**Skills**:

- Expert-level proficiency with UI design tools in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD), InVision, Figma or other similar tools.
- Experience and understanding of Product Management and the agile process.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and also to collaborate with other team members.
