Summary

This role is responsible for Fleet Management for Scoot A320 fleet management for Scoot Engineering Department. The role will be managing the fleet management issues for the narrow body fleet including technical services and engine management. The role will also review for managing emerging and long term fleet issues. The role will work with various stakeholders to develop key strategies to manage as such. The role will also be managing all costs involved to ensure all expenses within budget. The role will be supporting aircraft delease activites from technical services perspective.

**Responsibilities**:
Current CEO fleet retirement requirements such as:

- Landing gear Overhaul scheduling with landing gear Shop and co-ordination for changeouts.
- Engines shop visit scheduling with engine Shop and co-ordination for changeouts.
- Identify key issues affecting aircraft Lease returns to Lessors.

Current NEO fleet issues such as:

- New ac deliveries configuration and selections for future ac deliveries.
- Engines shop visit scheduling with engine Shop and co-ordination for changeouts.
- Identify key issues affecting aircraft Lease returns to Lessors.

Technical Services and Engine Management
- Oversight and review on DOA document issuance from various FTM providers for both A320 and B787 fleet.
- Engage OEM on fleet technical and reliability issues to arrive at suitable engineering solution.
- Oversight on engine movement from aircraft to engine shop, issue work instructions to ensure smooth transition of engines.
- Provide inputs to engine work scope and oversight on work progress while engine is in shop.
- Work with engine OEM to maintain healthy engine spare level across fleet.
- Oversight and review on DOA document issuance from various FTM providers for both A320 and B787 fleet.

Technical Projects
- Assist in technical/ cost savings projects to optimise operating costs.
- Contribute to cost savings initiatives, outsourcing activities.

Cost Management
- To capture and monitor maintenance costs related to de-lease activities.
- Verification and disputing of excessive financial charges that are incurred relating to aircraft maintenance, engine / component repair or overhaul for any aircraft de-lease activities.
- Managing spares requirement for line / base operations and ensure FHS spares are returned on-time with zero penalties towards CURT.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably experienced License Aircraft Engineer (B1.1) with A320 and B787 type coverage;
- Proficient with computer and Microsoft office software;
- Experience with fleet EIS support, lease and de-lease management;
- Team oriented and resourceful but able to work independently, when required;
