**Jobscope**:
**Planning, Scheduling, and Coordinating Production**- Responsible for the production planning / co-ordination, scheduling, and dispatching-
- Monitor & support material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.-
- Plans for production which includes releasing of work orders and ensuring on time delivery of shipments.-
- Evaluate and analyze MRP output to ensure the correct material is driven, ordered, issued, and available for the Contract Manufacturing (CM) to support build and ship dates.-
- Work closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics groups to ensure on time receipt, delivery of materials and finish goods shipments.-
- Co-ordinate and resolve outstanding materials issues with cross functional department to eliminate surprises material shortages (E.g. RMA)-
- Manage material transitions and work with CMs to use up all excess inventory.-
- Ensure consigned parts materials availability to support CM production and coordination of materials movement-
- Support monthly/quarterly work order-tool material variance review with finance.**Monitoring BOM Changes**- Ensure all customer’s ECNs are implemented in a timely manner.-
- Work with config engineer to correct BOM errors**Requirements**:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or technical field, or equivalent experience-
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as production or factory planner, experience in the semiconductor equipment industry is a plus.-
- Must have strong analytical skills and be detail oriented.-
- Good interpersonal and communication skills-
- Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.-
