Singapore POWERPLAY EDU LAB PTE. LTD. Full time

Powerply Edu Lab Pte LTD commits itself strongly to offering the best education facilities to all students enrolled at the facility. Therefore, the Education Tutor role comes with some administrator responsibilities as well. The Education Tutor works directly with students in the facility, helping them learn the pre-determined curriculum. On the administrative end, the Education Tutor has to work with senior management on curriculum decisions and develop a synchronized system for educational improvement.

Education Tutors will be involved in:
2. Observing student's in-class performance and using it for student evaluation

3. Conducting weekly tests to determine the academic progression of the students.

4. Collaborate with senior management to determine the best route for future curriculum decisions.

5. Providing useful insight into improving the educational facilities offered at Powerply Edu Lab Pte LTD

Competencies:
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey the data and material to the students.

2. test-preparation skills to develop weekly, monthly, and year-end tests to determine If a student has failed or passed a course.

3. Technological skills to use the latest technological equipment in the institution to provide high-end training to the students.

4. Observational skills to provide useful insights on improving the educational environment and creating a better curriculum.

5. Conflict management skills to resolve any in-class conflicts between students or the Education Tutor and the students.

6. The Education Tutor should be competent in using academic management solutions to help with the administrative end of the firm.

7. Effective team management skills to lead Educational Teams formed from staff tutors in different situations.

4. Duration of Traineeship/ Attachment Offered - 6 Months

5. Approved Training Allowance
- Fresh Graduates - $2500
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2700
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3500
