**Make an Impact by**:

- Assist in Monthly Reporting procedures and processes.
- Communicate with Sales to ensure timely collection of debts from customer.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to manage default risks and bad debts.
- Arrange, coordinate, and conduct meetings with internal stakeholders for customer debt reviews.
- Spokesperson and Point of Contact for MSBS system migration.
- Identify, inform, and follow up with issues arising from system migration.
- Create Work Instruction and tutor teammates on current operational processes and new functions/features from migration.
- Assist in the review and updates operational process for continuous improvements.
- Handling Auditors request for internal and external customer related queries.
- Any other ad hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.

This is a 1 year direct contract with Singtel

**Skills for Success**:

- A Levels, or Diploma
- MS office (vlookup, power query, pivot tables)
- Able to handle basic accounting entries
- SAP S/4 Hana
- Able to understand business risks
- Analytical mind
- Good communication skills
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
- Able to work independently and in a team,
- Willingness to learn and challenge oneself
