**Job Description**:

- Process day to day operations of International Payments team, both incoming and outgoing remittance
- Handle less complicated queries from business on remittance related matters

Remittances Operations
- All instructions submitted by internal stakeholders are accurately processed and released within the currency cut-off times
- Perform end of day balancing for all incoming/outgoing payments with branches/bank notes
- All incoming funds are promptly credited to customers’ accounts within currency cut off times
- Customers’ queries and investigations are promptly looked into and satisfactorily responded to the customers
- To mail out daily advices, order stationery and manage archival

**Qualifications**:
Formal Education:

- Bachelor Degree

Preferred level of Experience (By years/function/industry):

- Minimum of 1 year experience in Remittance operations at an established financial services institution.

Other skills required:

- Good interpersonal and written communication skills
- Possess SWIFT knowledge
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Know how to prioritize urgent work and when to escalate issues to superiors
- Able to work under pressure
