**Responsibilities**
- Perform market analysis and research for trending news, ideas and feedback on pricing, promotion, consumer, and competitor on social media channels
- Contribute to the creation of interesting and engaging content that is aligned with the brand, including EDMs and social media content
- Assist with the planning and hosting of marketing events, such as media invites/tastings/drops, roadshows/pop-up booths, CSR activities, etc.
- Handle customer enquiries online and offline regarding sales, promotions and marketing campaigns
- Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data related to the company's sales, customers, and marketing initiatives
- Drive sales growth and profitability through online and offline channels, including sales operations support
- Other projects as assigned

**Learning Outcome**
- Develop a more in-depth understanding of the F&B industry: Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of the F&B landscape, including key tech trends, industry trends and consumer behaviour, through conducting market research and analysis
- Enhance project management skills: Interns will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks, which will help them improve their project management skills, including time management, prioritisation, and organisation. This will enable them to effectively manage projects and tasks in a professional environment
- Navigate the dynamic F&B landscape with technologies in the information age: Interns will use marketing analytical tools and techniques, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI and more to mine huge data and translate them into market and consumer insights.

**Skills Required**:

- A basic understanding of marketing principles and practices, including branding, promotions, pricing and segmentation
- Good understanding of social media platforms and be able to create and execute social media campaigns
- Have good research skills to gather relevant information on market trends, customer behaviour and competitors
