**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with brand managers/directors to identify creator criteria for designated projects.
- Source creators through different platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Proactively look for creators in all types of verticals even when a campaign does not call for it
- Create briefs for creators (once a project is won) for them to fully understand the assignment.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable creator from available suggestions for clients.
- Assess creator’s content and information to ensure they are brand safe for clients.
- Attend events or fairs where you can create connections with creators (virtually or in person).
- Keep records of all materials used for campaigns, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share for future projects.
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Work experience in talent/people/creator management or similar
- Must know how to use and search with social platforms such as (but not limited to) Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Experience in using other creator tools (such as Creator IQ) is a plus
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each campaign
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Diploma in Marketing, or similar
- 1-3 years of experience in Project/Talent Management, or similar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
