This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of hardware and intelligence—designing robust systems that bring embedded AI to life in the real world.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of electrical and embedded systems for robotics platforms, with a focus on aerial autonomy.
- Design and implement reliable hardware architectures for sensor integration, motor control, power management, and edge computing.
- Develop and debug firmware (RTOS, bare metal) for microcontrollers, embedded processors, and AI-capable edge devices.
- Integrate AI models into embedded systems, ensuring optimized inference performance under resource-constrained environments.
- Work closely with AI/ML and perception engineers to support real-time use cases like visual SLAM, object detection, and autonomous navigation.
- Validate hardware and software performance through rigorous testing and simulation.
- Ensure system-level reliability, safety, and compliance with power and EMI constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, AI) from concept to production.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in robotics hardware, electrical, or embedded systems design and development.
- Proficiency in embedded programming (C/C++, RTOS) and hardware bring-up.
- Strong experience with PCB design, sensor interfacing, and power systems.
- Familiarity with deploying optimized AI models on edge devices (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, PyTorch Mobile, OpenVINO).
- Experience with AI-capable platforms like NVIDIA Jetson, Coral TPU, or ARM Cortex-A/M.
- Understanding of low-latency, real-time systems and embedded performance tuning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems or robotics product development.
