**Job Description**:
This Role involves execution of Sourcing Buyer responsibilities within the Services Sourcing Category for Singapore. The professional must understand external market and category variables, learn the internal landscape of our Client (requirements, priorities) and successfully develop client / supplier relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement sourcing strategies utilizing various value levers that deliver improved cost, reduced risk and more efficient programs for clients.
- Lead effective negotiations with our Suppliers as a part of a sourcing event/request for proposal (RFP) process
- Successfully build relationships with stakeholders by issuing prompt responses to client communication.
- Demonstrate value by becoming a trusted advisor, lead negotiator and SME in the areas of sourcing and negotiations.
- Recommend diverse, disadvantaged, veteran and small businesses where possible.
- Collect market intelligence and analyze client data, metrics and reports to make recommendations for areas of improvement or to drive increased efficiency / performance.
- Participate in supplier/client business reviews to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, opportunity identification and overall relationship development.
- Ensure seamless handoff to our clients when appropriate.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Minimum of 5+ years of services Procurement, strategic sourcing experience.

Minimum of 3+ years Procurement experience in Professional services category.

Proven experience in negotiating contract terms with suppliers

Knowledge of Professional services sourcing category.

Outstanding communications & self-driven initiative skills

Proficient in SAP Ariba, Microsoft Office tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to operate effectively across a global organization and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Able to influence without direct control and demonstrate developed decision-making capability including negation and collaboration skills.

Strong critical thinking and critical thinking skills

Detail-oriented, flexible and ability to interact confidently with stakeholders
