**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bar Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards and are served promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure supplies are always available.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, train, and mentor junior bartenders, ensuring they follow proper procedures and provide excellent customer service.
- Allocate tasks to bartenders and ensure they are completed in a timely manner during busy hours.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to improve the skills and performance of the team.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s alcohol licensing laws and regulations, including the responsible service of alcohol.
- Ensure the bar is operating according to local health and safety standards, including safe handling of food and drink items.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in preparing schedules for the bar staff and manage shift assignments.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
