Purchasing Admin

Assist in creating and processing purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, lead times, and order confirmations.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier information, and inventory data.
- Track and follow up on outstanding orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and internal departments regarding stock, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Help source and evaluate potential suppliers under the direction of the Purchasing Officer/Manager.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation of procurement activities.
- Assist in resolving any delivery, quality, or invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum O-Level / SPM / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
