Job scope:
Submit documents using Acronex.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Provide administrative support to both Office and Project Team.

Assist in administrative paperwork sorting, filing and archiving.

Prepare Purchase Orders and verify invoices.

Manage office and pantry supplies, simple day-to-day tasks and running errands.

Attend and greet guests/visitors.

Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages and re-directing calls
