**Deliver Talent Solutions Across Dynamic Industries**
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Octomate Staffing, you will manage your own client portfolio and lead staffing efforts for contract and junior-level hires. Through the Octomate programme, you’ll also help shape operational recruitment best practices and support team development.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage 360 recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, placement, and offer management.
- Build and maintain client relationships and talent pipelines.
- Lead high-volume hiring campaigns and project coordination.
- Mentor junior team members and support operational improvement.
- Track KPIs and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in contract/temp placements is an advantage.
- Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven.
