As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales and fostering positive relationships with current and prospective members. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our programs and services, and guiding them through the membership sign-up process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer inquiries regarding membership options, programs, and facility amenities
- Address member feedbacks and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve positive outcomes.
- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting key features and benefits
- Actively promote our membership sales.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages to effectively communicate with a diverse membership base.
- Ability to effectively handle member complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
