**About the Team**

Multimedia and AI Security team is devoted to using big data and machine learning algorithms, building large scale systems to improve data protection, attacking discovery, security visualization and investigation for all Bytedance products and platforms. We are developing several capabilities, including watermark platforms, data classification, traffic attack detection algorithms, that have been integrated into Douyin, Lark, VolcanoEngine, Advertisement, E-commerce. At the same time, we are doing applied research work on SOTA methods in related fields, publishing papers in top conferences or journals. In this team, you will have many opportunities to study a large variety of scenarios and carry out cutting-edge research work to make an impact on billions of users and customers.

**Responsibilities**

1. Build models and strategies to improve data protection, identity&account security and anti-scraping of Bytedance products (e.g., Lark, E-commerce, Ads).

2. Deeply understand business logic, analyze security risks, define goals with collaborating teams.

3. Use big data platforms and data-driven methods to mitigate business risks.

4. Integrate models into Bytedance products.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, artificial intelligence etc.

2. Proficient in data analysis or data mining, good programming skills in Python/SQL.

3. Solid knowledge and experience of machine learning, big data frameworks.

4. Experience of data mining in security related fields.

5. Being familiar with Deep Learning or Graph computing is a plus.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills, passionate about solving challenging problems.

7. Being self-driven, fast learning.
