**Job Descriptions**:

- Oversee and execute projects for cost-effectiveness, on-time delivery, and quality standards.
- Manage projects according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards and contractual requirements.
- Handle pre and post-contract stages, including vetting tender documents, organizing activities, and settling accounts.
- Develop and implement project management plans for scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide scheduling, budgeting, and specifications for project work.
- Verify drawings and quantities for accurate project implementation.
- Conduct project planning, cost control, project management, and documentation.
- Provide direction in construction planning, coordinating work with other departments, sub-contractors, clients, and consultants.
- Liaise and assist in submitting permits and licenses to relevant authorities.
- Attend meetings, correspond, and liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Resolve design and site problems encountered during the construction period.
- Plan and manage actual and post-construction issues with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation of the project, including record-keeping of correspondence and as-built drawings.
- Supervise work carried out by sub-contractors and suppliers for adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure the highest quality in work performed by sub-contractors, fabricators, and suppliers.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers on project implementation.
- Check progress claims submitted by sub-contractors.
- Monitor, track, and report project progress, overseeing engineers, supervisors, technicians, and on-site sub-contractors.
- Follow up on defective work and ensure timely rectification by contractors, fabricators, and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

- Possess a recognized degree by BCA in Civil Engineering.
- Have experience in Civil Engineering Projects, particularly in Marine Construction, such as Jetty, Wharf, Harbour, Dredging, etc.
