Job Description

Sia Partners is looking for a talented Management Consultant/ Senior Consultant to support our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance practice serving our clients as a project manager. The project manager will work closely with our clients compliance and legal teams, leading cross-functional initiatives around Compliance (e.g., AML, KYC, Sanctions), Data Privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD), Legal (e.g, Governance, IP, Regulatory, Policies, Litigation) and high-stakes projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Manage and/or support on a range of client delivery, as part of an on-site or remote project team
- Conduct effective meetings
- Collaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
- Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program health
- Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
- Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
- Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals
- Support practice, thought leadership, and people development

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field
- 2- 4 years of recent project management experience in a regulatory, compliance, legal, privacy, and/or securities-related projects required
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues affecting clients
- Understanding of Legal and Compliance functional areas and previous experience in similar topics
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies including agile/scrum
- Certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.) welcome
