JR64061 Intern - NAND Validation and Characterization

**Description**:

- As part of the efforts leading towards NAND qualification, comprehensive validation coverage has to be done to ensure device issues are identified early and resolved prior to customer shipment.
- The main objectives of this internship project are to look into validation coverage improvement for new high-speed NAND interface and features, which can include developing new methodologies such as via machine learning algorithms.

**Scope**:During the internship, the intern will:

- Receive training on advanced NAND devices and testing methodologies, which include both simulation and silicon environments.
- Gain hands-on experiences on using Verilog simulations, Automated Test Equipment, and/or data science to enhance validation coverage as well as perform failure analysis.

**Deliverable**:

- Collaborate with engineers on brain-storming, analyzing and executing to the project requirements.
- Learn how to use various simulation/tester/software tools.
- Develop the program and scripts for the test coverage improvement, automation and/or machine learning implementation.
- Analyze data and generate reports.
