**What you will be working on**

In this role, you will:

- Design and implement effective strategies and systems for the efficient collection of MediSave contributions through GIRO instalments.
- Lead comprehensive reviews of operational policies and procedures, utilizing data trends, ground experience, and member feedback to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve complex issues and spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at improving the GIRO collection process.
- Coach and mentor a team of Executives to address performance gaps, develop critical competencies, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with departmental objectives.

**What we are looking for**

- Relevant experience in financial operations, collections, or regulatory environments is preferred.
- Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in data analysis; automation skills are a plus.
- Good communication skills with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good project management skills with the ability to coordinate initiatives and align them with strategic goals.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions based on current policies and trends.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
