**Production Support**
- Perform Level 1 and Level 2 support for Finance Business users and makes sure that resolutions are provided within the agreed SLA are being followed
- Discuss with Business end users to understand the issue raised and document in Service now
- Self-sufficient in writing SQL statements to debug / root cause technical and functional issues.
- Strong Period close process knowledge (monthly / Qtr. and yearly)
- Build and configure data integration routines
- Monitor integrations and data loads to ensure they are working as designed
- Follows and enforces IB internal IT processes such as the standard Incident Management process, the Change process, Problem Management, Service Requests
- Participate in the weekly IT-Business meetings
- Follow up with product vendors on SRs, Patching, Bugs and product updates through issue closure.

**Enhancement Support**
- Ensure that the new functionalities and implementations, including configuration changes, are setup and migrated to production following IT’s Software Development Life Cycle processes
- Ensure changes are properly assessed as per the Enterprise Change Management process
- Ensure impact analysis is done as per the impact analysis guidelines of IT standards.
- Responsible and Accountable for documenting the high and low-level design, development, testing of enhancements.
- Provides technical guidance and business functional consultation to suppliers on the overall design.
- Ensure the deliverables meet the agreed timelines with the business stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**
- Conduct user training and manage user testing
- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Analysis Documentation, Functional Design Documentation, BR100, User Training Documents and Customization Documents
- Good knowledge of ITIL Processes is a plus
- Proactive and methodical in managing tasks
