Aka Marketing Leader

**Job Description Summary**: GE HealthCare’s AKA Region (ANZ, Korea, ASEAN - 7 county zones in total) Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Leader based in Singapore. You will report to the Marketing Director for Imaging business and support a team of regional Product Managers and local country marketing teams to drive growth efforts for the business across the AKA region. **Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support the execution of the AKA Regional Product Manager strategies across the 7 portfolios of Imaging, liaising with the 7 country zone teams, in close consultation with the Imaging Marketing Director.
- Knowledge of marketing facets such as product positioning, market positioning, customer segmentation & targeting, and strategies to retain current customer based are integral to the success of the role.
- Execute marketing activities to create new order demands and sales funnel for future business growth, working with data analysis and numerous sales teams.
- Be a knowledge expert in the field of marketing, leading the capability building of our regional and field country marketing and commercial teams in the discipline of marketing best practice, and specific to the healthcare industry.
- Follow internal processes in completing a project, able to make decisions with autonomy.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution in Marketing, Business, and/or Science.
- Advanced experience in the Marketing Discipline & Asia-Pacific Regional dynamics.
- In-depth understanding of matrix style organisation, and know how your role integrates with other colleagues, to aid in coordination of marketing activity execution.
- Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
- Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Provides informal guidance to new team members, and is helpful and respectful in communication.
- Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations with patience, pride, and attention to detail.
