**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Implement EHS management system at individual project;
- Highlight project safety non-conformities to project manager and assist project manager to implement rectification measures;
- Work as project Risk Assessment team leader, ensure all site activities have been conduct risk assessment, and effective safe work procedure has been developed;
- Review safety documents which submitted by sub-contractors or suppliers, ensure adequate safety control measures has been implemented;
- Conduct Safety Induction Course to all site personals;
- Conduct sub-con kick off meeting to brief site in-house safety rules and regulations, ensure sub-contractors undertaken letter has been signed by sub-contractor representative;
- Conduct weekly site inspection and recommend rectification methods;
- Conduct weekly safety coordination meeting to settle site safety matters;
- Conduct weekly mass tool box meeting to highlight site safety findings to all workers;
- Develop project safety training plan, and conduct regular safety training to worker’s base on site safety conditions;
- Ensure permit-to-work system implemented effectively onsite, and work as safety assessor, to evaluate the safety provisions for high risk work activities;
- Monthly evaluate project personals’ safety performance;
- Conduct incident and authority non-conformance investigation;
- Together with site manager to implement project housekeeping program, ensure no environmental non-conformance;
- Establish project emergency response plan and conduct emergency drill;
- Work together with project manager and site manager to implement GGBS program;
- Ensure site safety access and safety signage security system are well maintained;
- Prepare monthly project safety report, and collect KPI datas;
- Attend HQ monthly safety meeting;
- Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned;
**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent in related field.
- Registered WSHO with the relevant authorities.
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in building construction industry. Experience in HDB project is preferred.
- Good command of English in order to liaise with relevant government agencies and subcontractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team and collaborative skills.
