**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **
- Responsible for the maintenance of IT infrastructure systems such as Dell’s servers and storage;
- Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure that the infrastructure is monitored, patched and in good health;
- Work with the Infrastructure team to ensure that the company's servers and storages is reliable and scalable;
- Liaise with various vendors to ensure troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues;
- Generate monthly reports on performance and utilization.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Min. Diploma or degree in Computer science, or equivalent;
- At least 3 years and above of experience in IT storage management;
- Dell EMC Unity Storage experience is a must;
- Strong understanding of Storage concepts like RAID and LUN;
- Good knowledge and experience with DELL storages like VNX, Unity, Powerstore and PowerMax;
- Able to work effectively with mínimal supervision to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task;
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal skills and good problem solving ability;
