Imp lem e n t th e Co m pa ny’s QMS and SMS t o en su re compl i a n c e w i th regula t ory and cus t omer s’ requirements.
Co ndu ct i n ter na l a n d ex terna l qua lity aud i ts, follow-up activities and audit closures.
Manage Corrective Action Reporting System, perform Root Cau s e Corrective Action and preventive action activities. Ensure timely CAR closures.
Investigate and report quality concerns including warranty, rework, complaint and feedback.
Implement training and qualification systems, conduct aviation, airworthiness, quality and safety related training.
Manage and control Tool and Equipment calibration and service providers.
M a n a ge and control purc h a sed t ech n ica l p u b li cation s; manuals, procedures, forms, data and records.
Perform Capability Evaluation and First Article reviews for Capability Listing. Lead / participate in CI.
Maintain Metallurgical Lab Systems procedures, equipment, calibration, record and samples. Perform metallurgical / destructive testing of coating test samples for both production and development parts.
EH&S
Implement EHS management systems and ensure compliance to Corporate and regulatory requirements. Conduct safety inspections, perform risk assessments, collect, report and maintain records of all Safety and Environmental Requirements.

**Qua li f ic a ti o ns and Experience**:
Degree i n Mechan i c a l / Aerospace / A eronautical E n g i n e eri n g or Equivalent
M i n i m u m 3 - 5 y e ar s’ re l ev ant ex p er ie nce in aerospac e approved maintenance organization en v i ronment
Trained in Air Legislations and Part 145 requirements.
Trained in QMS AS9110/9100 and audit requirements. C ertified AS9110/9100 Lea d A sses so r or equivalent is h i gh l y pre f err e d
Proficient in root cause analysis methods and CI.
Familiar with Workpl a c e S af et y and He a l th regula t i on s. Certified Safety Officer is highly valued.
Working ex peri en ce or knowledge i n sp ec ia l pr ocesses s u c h a s HT, N DT, t her m a l s pr ay an d we l di n g pre f err ed
Experience in metallurgy testing or certificate from Central Coatings Lab is most advantageous.
