The Centre Operation Director is a group manager role who reports directly to the CEO.

This senior role is:

- In charge of the performance of the company brands.
- In charge of all aspects of centre operation and business development of 2 companies.
- To develop and build group's centre operation department for both local and international expansion.
- To lead and manage Centre Managers to achieve the sales target set for their respective outlet. This includes guiding the Centre Managers in running their teams at the centre to provide worthy service to the customers.
- To ensure that all customer complaints and feedback are handled promptly and professionally.
- To build the best centre operation team to deliver exemplary service to our customers.
- To lead by example as leader, living the Core Values, ethos and Competencies championed by the company group.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sales performance of the group.
- Recruiting, training and grooming of Centre Managers and other managerial roles under your leadership.
- Managing the performance of those under your charge in an effective and efficient manager.
- Devising strategies and tactics for Centre Managers and the teams that they manage, for the explicit purpose to increase sales and positive branding of our centres.
- Monitoring results of the plans and revise strategies and methods accordingly.
- Regular reporting of centre performance.
- Duties associated with your role as a group manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in the tuition or enrichment industry.
- At least 3 years in a hands-on, senior leadership role in a tuition or enrichment company, managing multiple outlets with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
